Shipping and Handling
Immediately after placing your order with Adiya Designs you will receive an email confirming all of the details of your purchase. After you have made any changes to your order, if any, and returned them to us, your merchandise will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
All merchandise is shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. If you request special shipping of your merchandise, let us know and we will contact you via email with the exact shipping charges.
Return Policy
We strive to offer the finest quality merchandise to all of our customers; but if, for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or your merchandise is received damaged, you may return it with no questions asked.
All return requests should be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Your merchandise will be replaced within 10 business days. Custom orders are not returnable.
